Lack of information the first reason I don't like this item is based on a lack of information. the ad says "compatible with" and lists a number of radios with no specifics. Unfortunately, it is not compatible with all the listed radios, and a little information would have helped, since the radios I bought at the same time were not compatible. Then on arrival, there were no instructions on assembly or installation included with the item. While not rocket science, it might have helped to at least have an illustration of how it should be assembled and installed. after some use, I've found that the velcro on the PTT switch is not long enough to go around a handlebar grip on a motorcycle. It also fell off the user's finger and ended up against the hot exhaust, and burned up. what a piece of junk! I wouldn't give two cents for this product, if I had it to do over again!
